>> Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Head of his Body, the church. Although He is great and mighty, Jesus humbled himself and took on the nature of a servant, and became a human even though he was “in very nature God.” He was obedient to God in every way, lived a life without sin, and offered himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. Christ rose from death to show that he has power over sin and death! We can only have a relationship with God (and eternal life) through Jesus – He is the only way, the truth, and the life! We are waiting for him to return again to bring complete fulfillment to the Kingdom of God.

>> The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of God, the gift that Jesus promised would come to his followers. The Spirit can convince people of their sins, making them aware of their need for salvation in Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of baptism. He gives the Christian spiritual power for ministry and holiness. The Holy Spirit produces good fruit in our lives, and also gives gifts to the Body of Christ that help us to serve one another and accomplish God's mission and purposes in this world.
